Effect of rate cut needs time to come in full force, Sentance
London (Ask4paydayloan) Dec 01, 2008 : Extracting the benefits of the rate cuts implemented by the Bank of England can take some time to come into full force as due to the economic lethargy that has slowed down the economic activities to a large extent. "We know that it takes time for interest rate reductions to affect the economy," Andrew was quoted as saying. However, his statement reflects the optimism that the entire policy framers fraternity of Bank of England has in these reformatory changes.
He further substantiated his statement saying, " In the short term I'm afraid we will continue to see negative indicators from the real economy. It's more towards the middle of next year that we will begin to see the impact of some of the steps we have taken in recent months." His statement also indicates the intensity that the Bank of England has exhibited over a period of time to tame the bull of economic turbulence.
Without fail he also hinted that the Bank of England could also resort to another round of rate cuts if they felt the need of it. However, it remains to be seen whether this will actually formalise or not.
